Our generator hire Southampton depot has been shipping silent generators back and forth for outdoor events for most of May and the whole of this month – and there doesn’t seem any respite. Which is good for us, but the drivers are getting a bit miffed that they’re delivering kit to all these lovely outdoor parties and smelling all the delicious food. So we’re organising a work’s summer barbecue in August to thank them for all their hard work… now we just have to get one of them to be in charge of the actually barbecue!
